• Palate:Lively and fresh, with a silky texture and a beautiful balance between fruit purity and vibrant acidity. The finish is crisp, elegant, and slightly saline, reflecting the limestone-rich terroir of the Mâconnais.

Estate & Vineyard:
Domaine Saumaize-Michelin is a family-run estate located in Vergisson, at the heart of the Mâconnais. The vineyards are cultivated with great care and respect for nature, using sustainable and biodynamic practices to highlight the character and finesse of each parcel.

Winemaking:
Manual harvest with careful grape selection. Gentle pressing followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and partially in oak barrels to preserve freshness while adding complexity. Aged on fine lees for 6 to 8 months with regular bâtonnage.

100% Chardonnay.
