• Palate:Smooth and round, with soft tannins and a juicy, well-balanced structure. Notes of plum and dark cherry mingle with toasty nuances, leading to a long, elegant finish with a touch of licorice and subtle earthy undertones.

Estate & Vineyard:
Château Ninon is a family-owned estate located in the heart of Bordeaux. The vineyard benefits from clay-limestone soils, carefully cultivated with sustainable practices to produce expressive and approachable wines that reflect the classic Bordeaux character.

Winemaking:
Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The wine is then aged for 8 to 12 months in French oak barrels to bring complexity, roundness, and aromatic depth.

60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc.
