Bourgogne “Septembre” Edouard Delaunay 2020

Tasting Notes:

  • Nose:A refined and expressive bouquet with aromas of white flowers, fresh citrus, ripe pear, and peach, complemented by subtle hints of almond, brioche, and a delicate minerality.
  • Palate:Silky and well-balanced, combining freshness and roundness. The palate reveals layers of juicy stone fruits, citrus zest, and gentle toasty notes from barrel aging. The finish is elegant and long, marked by a lovely saline minerality and vibrant acidity.

Estate & Vineyard:
Founded in 1893 and recently revitalized, Maison Édouard Delaunay is dedicated to crafting high-quality, elegant wines that reflect the diversity of Burgundy’s terroirs. Grapes for the “Septembre” range are sourced from select vineyard sites across the region, with a focus on purity and balance.
