Magnum Prunelle - Edmond Briottet 150cl

Sloes are small, blue-tinged black stone fruits from the blackthorn tree, often found in bushes exposed to the sun.
Although ripe in September, they are not picked until after the first frost, which makes them softer and less bitter.

To make Liqueur de Prunelle Briottet, the pits are removed from the skin and pulp, and dried, then macerated in super-fine alcohol for almost 12 months. The powerful, authentic taste exhaled by the stone is then softened by the addition of a fine dose of sugar.
Liqueur de Prunelle is a perfect digestive.
