The Moutarderie Edmond Fallot has been producing mustard in Bourgogne - Beaune, since 1840. They are one of the last “Artisan” of mustard in France.
Their process never changed and they are still using the traditional wheel stone to crush the seeds. Todays, they decline the traditional mustard into many flavours, all outstanding.
Also, they work closely with the local farmers to get the best mustard seeds and wines for the creation of mustard.
* IGP Bourgogne is an appellation created few years back and certify 100% of the seeds as well as the white wine used in the process are from Burgundy
